On Friday, Oct. 14, Legacy Fighting Championship held its 61st event from the Bomb Factory in Dallas.
The event was slated to be headlined by a bantamweight title fight between champion Steven Peterson and challenger Mark De La Rosa. However, De La Rosa failed to show up on fight night, citing Peterson’s failure to make weight on the previous day.
As such, a featherweight clash between UFC veteran Damon Jackson and Levi Mowles took top billing.
Also on the main card, grappling stalwart Mackenzie Dern made her second MMA appearance against Montana Stewart.
