On Saturday, Nov. 7, EFC Worldwide held its 45th event from GrandWest, Cape Town, South Africa.

In the night’s main event, the promotion’s light heavyweight belt was on the line between “Champion” Dalcha Lungiambula and Gideon Drotschie.

The co-main event featured a heavyweight collision between Brendon Groenewald and Tomasz Kowalkowski.

EFC 45 kicked off Saturday with the preliminary card at 9:15 a.m. ET. The main card streamed live and free at 1 p.m. ET.
