Krush.87 Results: Gonnapar Tops Sasaki, Wins 63-Kilogram Title

On Sunday, April 22, Krush returned to the famed Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan, for Krush.87.

In the night’s main event, Krush 63-kilogram champion Daizo Sasaki couldn’t defend his title against Gonnapar Weerasakreck, who debuted in the top-10 of the inaugural bantamweight division ranking of the Combat Press kickboxing rankings. Sasaki had won six straight inside the promotion including his title defense against Toshiki Taniyama at Krush.78. Gonnapar had scored back-to-back knockouts against Kenta Hayashi and Katsuki Ishida.

Also, talented prospect Yuma Saikyo fell to experienced K-1 veteran Pettas Leona.
