On Saturday, Sept. 7, CES MMA hosted its 58th event from the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, Conn.
In the night’s main event, the promotion’s welterweight belt was on the line between Brazilian Vinicius de Jesus and veteran Chris Lozano. The two Bellator MMA veterans took very different paths to the title clash. De Jesus had reeled off three straight victories over the last year. Lozano, meanwhile, had competed just once since 2012, a decision loss to UFC veteran Eddie Gordon in 2016.
The event streamed live on UFC Fight Pass at 7 p.m. ET.
