RFA 41 Results: Giles Submits Clark, Emmers Cruises

On Friday, July 29, Resurrection Fighting Alliance made its first visit to the Lone Star State as it hosted its 41st event from Cowboys Dancehall in San Antonio, Texas. The night’s main card aired live on AXS TV at 10 p.m. ET.

In the night’s main event, undefeated middleweight Trevin Giles took on Bellator veteran Josh Clark. Giles was originally slated to face Joe Gigliotti, but Gigliotti was signed by the UFC. The 23-year-old Giles had opened his career with six straight wins, including three under the Legacy FC banner. Clark, meanwhile, had amassed a record of 9-2. The “Hillbilly Heartthrob” had reeled off four straight wins in his native Kentucky.
