On Sunday, May 27, the UFC hosted UFC Fight Night 130: Thompson vs. Till from the Echo Arena in Liverpool, England.
In the night’s main event, former welterweight title challenger Stephen Thompson returned to action against undefeated knockout artist Darren Till. Thompson rebounded from his title defeat to current champion Tyron Woodley, defeating Jorge Masvidal on the scorecards at UFC 217. Till, meanwhile, fught in front of his hometown crowd riding the momentum of a TKO win over Donald Cerrone in October.
The action kicked off at 10:30 a.m. ET with one bout streaming live on UFC Fight Pass. Four additional preliminary-card bouts followed on Fox Sports 1 at 11 a.m. ET, with the six-fight main card taking place at 1 p.m. ET, also on Fox Sports 1.
