On Saturday, April 14, the UFC will host UFC on Fox 29: Poirier vs. Gaethje from the Gila River Arena in Glendale, Ariz.
In the night’s main event, top-ranked lightweights Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje lock horns. Poirier has gone 6-1 with one no-contest since moving up to lightweight in 2015. Gaethje, the former World Series of Fighting titleholder, suffered his first defeat in his last Octagon appearance against former UFC champion Eddie Alvarez. The fighters, who have combined for 25 knockout victories, will be looking to state their case for a shot at the 155-pound belt.
In the co-main event, former interim welterweight champion Carlos Condit returns to action against Brazilian Alex Oliveira.
The 14-fight event kicks off Saturday with six fights streaming live on UFC Fight Pass at 3:30 p.m. ET. Four additional preliminary-card bouts follow on Fox at 6 p.m. ET, with the four-fight main card airing live at 8 p.m. ET, also on Fox.
The fighters will hit the scales at 8 p.m. ET on Friday. A live video feed appears above (courtesy of the UFC), while the results appear below
