On Thursday, Sept. 17, World Series of Fighting will hold the weigh-ins for its 23rd event which takes place Friday, Sept. 18, from the Comerica Theatre in Phoenix.
In the night’s main event, the promotion’s lightweight champion, Justin Gaethje, puts his belt on the line once again in a rematch with Luis Palomino. The pair met in March at WSOF 19 with Gaethje earning a third-round TKO in a “Fight of the Year” candidate.
The co-main event also features gold on the line as the promotion will crown its inaugural light heavyweight champion. The title tilt pits the promotion’s middleweight kingpin, Dave Branch, against surprising tournament finalist Teddy Holder.
The preliminary card airs live Friday on Combat Press at 7 p.m. ET. The main card will be broadcast on the NBC Sports Network at 10 p.m. ET.
