On Saturday, June 1, the UFC returned to Sweden for its 11th event on ESPN+, which takes place from the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm.
In the night’s main event, former light heavyweight title challengers Alex Gustafsson and Anthony Smith collided. Gustafsson hoped to rebound from a third-round stoppage loss to current champion Jon Jones in December. Smith also aimed to bounce back from a loss to Jones after falling via decision at UFC 235 in March.
The action kicked off at 10 a.m. ET with the preliminary card airing on ESPN 2. The main card shifted to ESPN+ at 1 p.m. ET.
