On Saturday, June 22, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship held its sixth event from the Florida State Fairgrounds from Tampa, Fla.
In the night’s main event, former boxing world champion Paulie Malignaggi made his bare-knuckle boxing debut against UFC veteran Artem Lobov. Malignaggi had not fought since an eighth-round knockout loss to Sam Eggington in early 2017. Lobov, meanwhile, was cast away from the UFC in late 2018, but rebounded with a hard-fought decision win over fellow UFC alum Jason Knight at BKFC 5 in April.
The card also featured UFC veterans Chris Leben, Johnny Bedford, Joey Beltran, Joe Riggs and Jim Alers.
The event aired live at 8 p.m. ET on Combat Press via Fite TV.
