On Friday, Aug. 19, Resurrection Fighting Alliance hosted its 42nd event from the Visalia Convention Center in Visalia, Calif. The night’s main card aired live on AXS TV at 10 p.m. ET.
In the night’s main event, UFC veteran Christos Giagos took on Brazilian Arthur Estrazulas in a lightweight affair. The 26-year-old Giagos snapped a two-fight skid at RFA 38 in June, stopping Karen Darabedyan by first-round TKO. Estrazulas was making his promotional debut. The Kings MMA product had finished five of his eight career wins via submission.
