Main Events for GLORY 91 and 92 Announced

The main event bookings for GLORY 91 and GLORY 92 were announced earlier today. GLORY 91 will go down live on Apr. 27 in Paris, France, and GLORY 92 is booked for May 18 in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

GLORY 91 – Endy Semeleer vs. Chico Kwasi

The top booking of GLORY 91 will be a highly anticipated welterweight world title showdown between the division king Endy Semeleer and the top-ranked Chico Kwasi. “Bad News Endy” was a multi-divisional Enfusion champion who picked up the GLORY welterweight title in 2022. Since then, he has defended this crown in three bouts.

Semeleer is a talented, quick fighter who is highly elusive. The 28-year-old Curaçao-born athlete has put together an unbeaten streak going back ten fights and has only suffered one loss in his entire professional career.

Chico Kwasi, of the Netherlands, is a huge anime fan who will often enter the ring wearing a hat from the show One Piece. Currently, he is on a nine-fight win streak and was unbeaten as the King of Kings welterweight champion.

Since avenging his 2021 loss to the top-ranked Jay Overmeer, Chico Kwasi is now the clear top contender in the competitive GLORY welterweight division. This fight will be hosted at the Dôme de Paris on Apr. 27.

GLORY 92 – Donovan Wisse vs. Ulric Bokeme

The GLORY middleweight world title will be on the line at GLORY 92 as Donovan Wisse looks to defend his crown against Ulric Bokeme. This May 18 match will be hosted from the RTM Stage in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Suriname’s Wisse is a challenging fight for any opponent. The 27-year-old striker is patient and will create traps for his challengers to fall into. Since picking up the middleweight throne in 2021, he has defended the title in three matches. With three victories in the calendar year, he was awarded the 2023 GLORY Fighter of the Year.

Ulric Bokeme, of Switzerland, rose to the top of the middleweight division with a unanimous decision victory over the top-ranked Serkan Ozcaglayan. With his power and striking skills, he has been a standout talent in Enfusion and GLORY.

GLORY 91 and GLORY 92, hosted in Paris and Rotterdam, will see the welterweight and middleweight titles put on the line in these events.
