In the night’s main event, previously undefeated Puerto Rican boxer Christopher Diaz meet Japan’s Masayuki Ito for the vacant WBO world junior lightweight title. Diaz, 23, had won 15 of his 23 professional wins by way of knockout.
Also, a battle of the coasts, as New York native Gabriel Bracero took on Californian Artemio Reyes.
The preliminary card aired live at 6:30 p.m. ET on ESPN+. The main card continued on ESPN+ at 9:30 p.m. ET.
