On Saturday, Jan. 28, Premier Boxing Champions and Showtime will host Frampton vs. Santa Cruz from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
In the night’s main event, Irishman Carl Frampton rematches former three-division titleholder Leo Santa Cruz with the WBA featherweight title on the line.
The event was also expected to feature Lee Selby defending his IBF featherweight strap against Jonathan Victor Barros, but the Nevada State Boxing Commission stated that Barros did not meet its requirements and the fight was pulled.
