Legacy Fighting Alliance is heading to California.
The promotion has announced that its 13th event will take place Friday, June 2 from theĀ Los Angeles-Burbank Marriott Convention CenterĀ in Burbank, Calif. The event will air live on AXS TV beginning at 9 p.m. ET.
Welterweights Curtis Millender and Kevin Holland square off in the night’s main event. The 29-year-old Millender is a four-time veteran of Bellator MMA, most recently defeating Johnny Cisneros via TKO at Bellator 170 in January. Holland, meanwhile, fought once under the Legacy FC banner, falling short against submission ace Rafael Lovato, Jr. The 24-year-old has rebounded with five straight wins. All nine of his career wins have come before the final bell.
Also announced for the event were four additional match-ups. Former WEC fighter Karen Darabedyan meets Alex Reyes at welterweight, bantamweight standout Boston Salmon looks to bounce back from the first loss of his career againstĀ Trent Meaux, light heavyweights Dominick Reyes and Jordan Powell lock horns, andĀ Kyler Phillips takes on Jonathan Quiroz, also at bantamweight.
More bouts for the event are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
