Dan Kuhl has been following MMA since the first Ultimate Fighting Championship in 1993. He holds belts in multiple martial arts disciplines, including a second-degree brown belt in Kenpo and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under two-time world champion Matt Jubera. Dan has an M.B.A. in Finance and Investment Management and a B.S. in Horticulture. Prior to joining Combat Press, his work appeared on The MMA Corner.

Matt is a lifelong fan of martial arts who, like many others, caught MMA fever after watching Forrest Griffin and Stephan Bonnar during the first season of The Ultimate Fighter. Since then, his passion for combat sports has grown to include Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. A lifelong East Coast resident, Matt has lived in Philadelphia, Boston and now resides in his home state of Maryland.

Riley Kontek is a Chicago-land native that has been an addict of mixed martial arts since the first Chuck Liddell-Tito Ortiz encounter. He is a Featured Columnist for Bleacher Report MMA. In addition to that, he used to host a weekly radio show on MMA. His work has also appeared on The MMA Corner. Though he has no formal training in mixed martial arts, Riley is a master in the art of hockey fighting.

A professional journalist since 1990, Guido Colombo reports of combat sports for www.gazzetta.it, the most viewed all sports news site in Italy. He also writes for multiple Italian fight blogs. Guido is a former member of Bellator Italy press office and an MMA, kickboxing and grappling coach. He manages professional fighters in Italy, as well as other countries.
