On Friday, April 7, Superkombat held their first event in a series of World Grand Prix events from Bucharest, Romania, the Superkombat World Grand Prix I: Bucharest.

In the evening’s main card action, Robert Constantin moved into the Final 16 with a victory over Kazadi Mwamba. Daniel Stefanovski earned a shot at the light heavyweight title with a victory over Imanol Rodriguez. Romania’s Eduard Chelariu knocked Magnus Onyeka down three times in his dominant decision win. Lukasz Krupadziorow, Alexandru Radnev, and Patrick Scmid also qualified for the Superkombat World Grand Prix Final 16.

The event aired live on Youtube and Fight Box HD. The event airs on CBS Sports Network at 10 p.m. ET on Friday, April 14 and Saturday, April 15.
