On Friday, July 8, Lion Fight hosted its 30th event from the Foxwoods Casino and Resort in Mashantucket, Conn. The night’s main card aired live on AXS TV.

In the main event of the evening, veteran American Ky Hollenback clashed with Canadian rival Mark Holst. The fight ended in a rare, technical split decision after a pair of accidental head butts in round four forced a premature end to the contest.

Also on the card, lightweight champion Sergio Wielzen retained his title with a win over France’s Arthur Meyer.
