ONE Championship returns to Bangkok with a two-sport champion defending her throne and one of the promotion’s most dangerous featherweights beginning a pursuit of a second belt.
ONE Fight Night 46: Hemetsberger vs. Diachkova takes place at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, with ONE Women’s Strawweight Muay Thai World Champion Stella Hemetsberger defending her title against Natalia Diachkova in the main event. The card also features reigning ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Champion Nico Carrillo making his kickboxing debut against Chinese standout Zhou Jiaqiang.

Six months after becoming a two-sport ONE champion, Hemetsberger returns to Muay Thai for the first defense of her strawweight crown.
The 27-year-old Austrian has yet to stumble during her ONE Championship run. Hemetsberger earned a six-figure contract after rattling off three victories, then turned her attention toward championship gold. She defeated Jackie Buntan to capture the vacant ONE Women’s Strawweight Muay Thai World Championship before beating Buntan again this past February to add the promotion’s strawweight kickboxing title.
That run has established Hemetsberger as one of ONE Championship’s premier female strikers, but her first Muay Thai title defense comes against an opponent with plenty of finishing power.
Diachkova earned her ONE contract after winning her first four bouts, including three by knockout. Her first opportunity to claim the strawweight Muay Thai crown ended in defeat against Smilla Sundell, but the Russian quickly worked her way back into contention. Two dominant victories, including a first-round knockout, have earned the 31-year-old another opportunity to capture ONE gold.
For Hemetsberger, the matchup represents another opportunity to strengthen her position among the best pound-for-pound female strikers in the sport. For Diachkova, it is a chance to accomplish something nobody has managed to do in ONE Championship — defeat Hemetsberger — while finally adding a ONE world title to her résumé.
Nico Carrillo Begins His Two-Sport Pursuit
While the main event features a two-sport champion defending one of her belts, Carrillo hopes to begin a similar journey when he meets Zhou in a featherweight kickboxing contest.
Carrillo has been nearly unstoppable since leaving the bantamweight division following a setback in January 2025. “King of the North” knocked out Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong, stopped Luke Lessei and dominated Shadow Mavinn to capture the ONE Interim Featherweight Muay Thai World Championship in February. Carrillo was subsequently elevated to undisputed champion following Tawanchai PK Saenchai’s relinquishment of the title.
Now, the Scottish champion will trade Muay Thai rules for kickboxing as he attempts to establish himself in another loaded division.
Standing in his way is Zhou, a 26-year-old Chinese prospect carrying a 20-6 career record into his ONE Championship debut. Zhou built his reputation competing for WLF and has been regarded among the leading super-featherweight kickboxers. A victory over Carrillo would immediately announce his arrival as a serious player in ONE’s featherweight kickboxing division.
Carrillo has considerably more at stake than simply winning his kickboxing debut. A strong performance would put the reigning Muay Thai champion on the opening stretch of a potential run toward two-sport supremacy. Zhou, meanwhile, has the opportunity to derail those plans before they ever gain momentum.
ONE Fight Night 46 Full Card
Beyond the two featured matchups, ONE Fight Night 46 offers a nine-bout lineup spanning Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA and submission grappling. Nontachai Jitmuangnon meets Kiamran Nabati in bantamweight Muay Thai, while Japanese kickboxing star Kana Morimoto faces Yu Yau Pui in an atomweight contest.
