SENSHI 30 Opens a Year of Five World Grand Prix Events

SENSHI, the uprising European kickboxing promotion has announced for 2026 five Grand Prix tournaments in five different weight divisions. The first will be at SENSHI 30 Saturday, Feb. 28, at Kongresna Hall in Varna, Bulgaria with the Welterweight Grand Prix. Below are the following events:

  • SENSHI Lightweight Grand Prix May 30 in Plovdiv Bulgaria
  • SENSHI Middleweight Grand Prix Jul. 11 in Varna, Bulgaria
  • SENSHI Light Heavyweight Grand Prix Sep. 5 in Varna, Bulgaria
  • SENSHI Heavyweight Grand Prix Dec. 5 in Varna, Bulgaria

SENSHI 30 will start at 7 p.m. EET/12 a.m. EST and will be available for free with English commentary in the USA on the SENSHI YouTube Chanel and Triller TV. The fight card includes the following matchups:

  • Carlos Barbosa (Brazil) vs. Zhulien Rikov (Bulgaria)
  • Constantin Rusu (Moldova) vs. Florin Lambagiu (Romania)
  • Jordi Requejo (Spain) vs. Konstantin Stoykov (Bulgaria)
  • Jorge Davila (Spain) vs. Christian Baya (DR Congo)

The reserve bouts are:

  • Aibek Amanov (Kazakhstan) vs. Victor Krashevski (Bulgaria)
  • Fernando Tigre Portugal) vs. Dávid Kinkhefner (Hungary)

The winners of the opening bouts will face each other in the semifinals, followed by a third-place fight and the grand finale, which will determine the SENSHI Grand Prix champion in the under-75 kg division.


In addition, the following super fights are scheduled:

  • Hirokatsu Miyagi (Japan) vs. Samo Petje (Slovenia) – under 70 kg
  • Charalampos Digkas (Greece) vs. Diyan Dimitrov (Bulgaria) – under 70 kg
  • Francesko Xhaja (Albania) vs. Giannis Stoforidis (Greece) – 95+ kg

In the Grand Prix bracket a very interesting bout is Lusu Vs Lambagiu. The Moldovan Lusu, 31 years old, is a former King of Kings World Champion amd fought also IN ONE, DFS and Colosseum, and, in his last fight, he knocked out the Italian Michael Samperi, who was recently signed by GLORY. The Romanian Lambagiu on the other side is also a very experienced fighter. He is 36 years old and a former DFS and Colosseum Champion. He also fought in King of Kings and was a Kyokushin Karate world champion and a Sambo national champion in Romania. The two already fought in 2021 in DFS and was a unanimous decision for Lusu.

Pay attention to the Davila Vs Baya fight too. The Spanish fighter won the ISKA world title in 2023 and the Congolese kickboxer is a former Glory Lightweight Championship title challenger, who also fought in DFS and King of Kings.

Looking to the super fights we can see the Japanese Hirokatsu Miyagi a veteran of RISE and Rizin Kickboxing. He will face the former GLORY and RISE fighter, and two-division champion in FFC, Samo Petje.

The Italian-Albanian Francesko Xhaja is a SENSHI veteran and a former ONE fighter with notable victories over Andrei Stoica, Ahmed Krnjić and Abdarhmane Coulibaly. Recently, he received compliments from Andy Souwer, who compared him to Giorgio Petrosyan. He will have the opportunity to prove it facing the Greek Giannis Stoforidis,a veteran of GLORY, ONE ChampionshipEnfusion and SUPERKOMBAT with a notable defeat by decision with Levi Rigters.
