On Friday, July 21, Legacy Fighting Alliance hosted its 17th event from the Grady Cole Center in Charlotte, N.C.

In the night’s main event, the promotion crowned its inaugural lightweight champion as Brazil’s Thiago Moisés met Maryland’s Robert Watley. Moisés entered the contest having won four straight under the RFA banner.
