On Sunday, June 25, Shooto returned to Osaka, Japan for Professional Shooto 6/25 in Osaka.

In the evening’s main card action, unbeaten 22-year-old prospect Hayato Ishii took on 2016 Infinity League champion Tadaaki “Onibozu” Yamamoto, who had won five straight. Japan’s Jin Aoi, 20, built on an impressive career with a victory over former King of the Cage and King of Pancrase champion Takumi Nakayama. Japanese MMA great Yoshiro Maeda meet GLADIATOR flyweight titleholder Go Minamide.
