On Saturday, June 17, HBO Boxing returned with a superb main event from Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas for Ward vs. Kovalev 2.

In the evening’s main event, two of the world’s top pound-for-pound boxers met again. Andre Ward narrowly topped Sergey Kovalev by unanimous decision in the first meeting last year, handing the formerly unbeaten world champion his first professional loss. Ward put his own undefeated record and the WBA, WBO and IBF world light heavyweight titles on the line in the rematch.

The event aired live at 9 p.m. ET on HBO pay-per-view, Main Event (Australia), Canal Space (Latin America), and RPC Channel 4 (Panama).
