Legacy FC 62 Results: Lovato Submits Coleman, Retains Middleweight Title

On Friday, Nov. 11, Legacy Fighting Championship hosted its 62nd event from the Firelake Arena in Oklahoma City, Okla.

In the night’s main event, the promotion’s middleweight championship was on the line as champion Rafael Lovato Jr. took on Strikeforce and Bellator MMA veteran Cortez Coleman. The grappling ace Lovato had racked up three straight wins to kick off his MMA career, including a second-round TKO of Marcelo Nunes in his most recent appearance. Coleman, meanwhile, moved up from welterweight with his sights set on gold in his promotional debut.
