Rear-Naked Choke Radio hosts Joe Rizzo (@RearNakedChoke) and Jay Kelly (@JayKellyMMA) chatted about UFC on Fox 19, as well as Paige VanZant’s season-high scoring dance on Dancing with the Stars,

UFC on Fox 19 takes place April 16, and is headlined by Rashad Evans and Glover Teixeira in a light heavyweight match-up. Rizzo and Kelly talked about the stacked main card, which also has bouts between Lyoto Machida and Dan Henderson, Rose Namjunas and Tecia Torres, as well as Khabib Nurmagomedov and Darrell Horcher.
Along with the loaded main card, the hosts highlighted the exceptional preliminary card. Between the Fight Pass and television preliminary portions of UFC on Fox 19, there’s a number of standout fights. Rizzo and Kelly looked at Beneil Dariush vs. Michael Chiesa, Cub Swanson vs. Hacran Dias, and the betting line for Bethe Correia vs. Raquel Pennington, which appears to be a potential money maker.
At the time this show was recorded, Paige VanZant was making her third appearance on Dancing with the Stars. Rizzo and Kelly discussed her phenomenal performances so far on this season. They also talked about Urijah Faber and Luke Rockhold’s visit to DWTS last week.
There was even talk about how Rizzo raised the cup for winning his fantasy hockey league, which tied into talk about how you could play your lineup for daily fantasy for UFC on Fox 19. Like new basketball Hall-of-Famer Allen Iverson says at the top of the show, we’re talkin’ bout practice!
