Laura Sanko knows barn burners, bad bitches and butt plugs. Along with rear-naked chokes, Sanko discussed all of them on this episode of RNC Radio.

Invicta FC’s post-fight interviewer, Sanko (@Laura_Sanko) joined Joe Rizzo (@RearNakedChoke) and Jay Kelly (@JayKellyMMA) to talk about UFC 196, Invicta FC 16 and so much more.

Audio available for download on iTunes or on Stitcher Radio

Sanko enjoyed Miesha Tate’s upset victory over Holly Holm, but gave her thoughts on why she thought the bout was otherwise lackluster outside of the second and fifth rounds. In the UFC 196 main event, Sanko was excited to see one of her favorite combatants throw down, yet disappointed when Conor McGregor succumbed to Nate Diaz’s rear-naked choke.

Sanko previewed Invicta FC 16, which features an atomweight title fight, interim flyweight title fight and is peppered with veterans of the women’s MMA scene. Sanko will be there, undoubtedly, but can’t promise her signature big hair will follow suit.
