It wasn’t his performance in the cage that forced former champion Benson Henderson from the rankings, but rather his second straight bout at welterweight. Henderson eked out a split decision win over Jorge Masvidal in the main event of UFC Fight Night 79 in Seoul. Despite the win, Henderson did not do enough to crack the rankings at 170 pounds.
