Bas Rutten and B.J. Penn have been announced as the latest inductees into the UFC Hall of Fame. Joe Rizzo (@RearNakedChoke) and Jay Kelly (@JayKellyMMA) talked about the past, present and future of the UFC HoF on Rear-Naked Choke Radio.
